Human Resources

As a Director of HR, Katie Garcia is intimately familiar with equipping an HR staff to be on hand to handle open enrollment, provide valuable connections relating to insurance needs for benefits as well as liability insurance, HRIS database management, establish an employee reward and recognition program, compensation analysis, as well as provide guidance on an annual success plan.

Payroll Processing

Katie will focus on ensuring accurate processing of payroll of hourly and salaried employees to ensure compliance with FLSA, direct deposit requirements, benefit deductions, required deductions and/or garnishments as well as tax levies. The payroll processing will also comply with all record-keeping requirements and ensure the accuracy of time and pay, quarterly tax filings, and annual W-2 employee forms. The payroll services can be customized for all your needs.

Katie is well-versed in FLSA requirements, including the classification of employees. We can offer customized services if you do not already have a timekeeping, HRIS, or payroll system. The time and attendance system will be tailored with a pre-loaded federal holiday schedule, utilize all-time categories as necessary, and ensure that all time-off accruals are processed and accurate.
